Join me today, as I introduce you to one of our network members, Maria Adcock, also known as Bicultural Mama.
Maria, tell us a little bit about yourself.
I am a first generation Chinese-American married to an originating-around-the-Mayflower Caucasian. Together we’re raising our toddler, also known as my muse. Shedding my corporate marketing days, I am on a journey to provide a bicultural mom’s perspective on culture, society, reviews, events, and more.
What topics are of interest to you and your blog audience Which ones do you steer clear of?
Topics of interest include culture/society, race, diversity, children, family, and parenting. Inherent in these include sub topics like food, travel, home, and health. Topics that I steer clear of are porn and politics.
If you could pick only one social media platform to promote yourself, which would you choose?
I would pick Twitter because it has driven a lot of readers to my site.
What makes being a Stiletto member unique?
We’re not just names, we have common interests, values, and goals. We have a sisterhood.
Being the shoe lovers that we are, we have to ask. If you could be any shoe, which would you pick and why?
I’d be in a kitten heel – family friendly, but still with a bit of pizazz!
